The Company Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A. With its registered seat in Kraków was launched in 1996. Due to solely Polish capital, since 2000 the company has been able to function on the market of commercial real estate as a developer, specializing in the construction and rental of modern storage areas. Starting in 2010, the Company commenced, in the framework of its ongoing expansion, gaining subsequent commercial markets, while investing in the construction of shopping malls. The Company's significant advantage is its know-how of the local real estate markets as well as the systematic gathering and analysing of information about the latest trends and tendencies present on the European commercial real-estate markets. Thanks to this, we offer our tenants the most up-to-date solutions applied on the market. The Company has so far realized investments in the following locations: Kraków, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Pruszcz Gdański, Sosnowiec, Chorzów, Puławy, Bielsko-Biała and Radom.
