It has an agreement with PepsiCo International, Inc. to bottle, sell, and distribute Pepsi products in Brazil and in other Latin American countries; and a licensing agreement with Anheuser-Busch, Inc. to produce, bottle, sell, and distribute Budweiser products in Brazil, Canada, Ecuador, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, and Paraguay. The company also produces and distributes Stella Artois under license to Anheuser-Busch InBev S.A./N.V. in Brazil, Canada, Argentina, and other countries. It offers its products through a network of third-party distributors and a direct distribution system. The company was formerly known as InBev Participações Societárias S.A and changed its name to Ambev S.A. in March 2013. The company was incorporated in 2005 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. Ambev S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Interbrew International B.V.
