Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited (formerly Credit Suisse First Boston (Europe) Limited) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Credit Suisse Investment Holdings (UK) (the ‘Parent’) and indirectly wholly owned subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group AG (‘CSG’). It is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority (‘PRA’) and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) and the PRA. The company’s principal activities are the arranging of finance for clients in the international capital markets, the provision of financial advisory services and acting as dealer in securities, derivatives and foreign exchange on a principal and agency basis. In addition, the business includes equities and fixed income sales and trading services, and provides access to a range of debt and equity securities, derivative products and financing opportunities across the capital spectrum for corporate, sovereign and institutional clients.
