Ri Ying Holdings Limited (formerly Shing Chi Holdings Limited) is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the construction contracting business in Hong Kong. The Company operates its business through four segments. The general building works and associated services segment mainly includes development of superstructures, alteration and addition works. The foundation and site formation works segment includes piling works, excavation and lateral support works (ELS) works, pile cap construction and ground investigation works. The other construction works segment includes slope works and demolition works. The construction related consultancy services segment provides engineering consulting on construction designs and works supervision, as well as construction contract administration services.
