Long Well International Holdings Limited, formerly Tou Rong Chang Fu Group Limited, is an investment holding company principally engaged in the trading of petroleum products. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through five segments. The Commodity Trading segment is engaged in the trading of petroleum products and non-petroleum products. Its non-petroleum products include plastic material products, display driver integrated circuit (IC) product, chemical products and non-ferrous metals. The Financial Services segment is engaged in money lending, securities brokerage and asset management. The Property Investment segment is engaged in the leasing of investment properties. The Crude Oil segment extracts and sells crude oil. The Other segment is engaged in the insurance brokerage business such as general insurance and long-term insurance and other businesses.
