Joint Stock Company "Urzhumsky Distillery" is engaged in the production of distilled alcoholic beverages. The products manufactured by the company comply with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 021/2011. The production is certified by the ISO 22000, ISO 22000:2018 series standard "Management systems in the field of food and food safety - Requirements for organizations in the supply chain". The plant's lines allow you to pour bottles with a capacity of 0.1 to 1.5 liters. The plant's assortment: vodka and special vodka, bitter and sweet tinctures, balms. The production of rectified ethyl alcohol from vegetable raw materials takes place practically without human participation at the plant. The line is fully automated and controlled remotely using a hardware and software package. At the output, the product quality is checked for the content of methyl alcohol, fusel oils, esters and aldehydes by a series of tests on Agilent chromatographs. Alcohol produced at its own distillery, according to its physico-chemical parameters, exceeds the current requirements of GOST R by 3 times.
